Multi-channel event poller for Redis (kombu.transport.redis.MultiChannelPoller).

Coordinates consuming across one or more Kombu.Transport.Redis.Channel processes, handling both list-based queues (BRPOP / RPOP) and fanout Pub/Sub subscriptions.
