Kombu.Channel (Kombu v0.1.0)

Unified dispatch interface for Kombu channels (Virtual, Memory, Redis, or test mocks).

Channels in Kombu are typically GenServer processes (referenced by pid), or structs implementing the channel callbacks directly in unit tests.
